BH PLOTTER is a local print and signage service. It produces engineering and architectural plots, banners, vinyl banners, adhesives, posters and electronically cut vinyl for storefronts, windows and signage, made to order.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, e-mail, phone, and billing address. If you provide a shipping or delivery address when you order or contact us, we collect that too. We also collect the files and instructions you send for printing or cutting, such as artwork, project drawings, sizes and finishes.
Information collected automatically: device, browser, pages visited, and data from cookies and similar technologies.
Information from payment processors: confirmation of payment only. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders and produce your prints. We also use it to answer quote requests and questions, to schedule in-person or remote service, and to send transactional messages such as proofs, order status and pickup details.
We also use it to improve the website and to prevent fraud. Where required, we ask for your consent before we send marketing or measure advertising.
Files you send are used only to produce and support your order. We do not use them for advertising.
