Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your BH PLOTTER prints, signs and vinyl cuts. This policy explains how to request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-22.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number. If the request concerns a printed or cut item, a short description and photos help us review it faster.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

No recurring charges

BH PLOTTER does not sell subscriptions. Each order is a single payment, so there is nothing to cancel after your order is complete.
